We Thank Thee, O God, for a Prophet

I have a hard time putting into words what this man means to me. He is my prophet. He has been the president of the church for most of my lifetime and though I never met him, he has become a central figure in my life. He's the unwavering voice in my head urging me to be a little bit better each day and a little more optimistic about the world we live in. I know unfailingly that he was God's prophet on the earth, the leader of the true church. I'm thankful that God loves us enough to have sent him to guide us and that he loves us enough to call another prophet to continue the work. Goodbye President Hinckley- God be with you till we meet again.
